What’s new at Google
Google is testing removing estimated number kenya phone number data  of search results
This was first noticed on Twitter by user Punit, who alerted the SEO community.

I like seeing big numbers too, but many people focus on those numbers way too much. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if they went away, but I guess we’ll see what happens with the tests :-).

Google shows one variation of the search results page for terms including the words Russia and Ukraine
The war in Ukraine is taking place on many fronts, including the information one. Fighting disinformation is more important than ever, which is why Google has decided to automatically redirect all searches containing the words “Russia” and “Ukraine” to the results page for the phrase “2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.”

SERP war Ukraine

This is a commendable act, but Czech SEO guru  the most of your advertising on both platforms Pavel Ungr immediately discovered that Google’s unequivocal condemnation of wartime aggression (as the sanctions suggested) would not be so hot.

Of course, this effort does not concern the Russian version of Google at all.

Internal linking is extremely important for SEO
Are you also thinking it’s strange that John Mueller, who has only had a supporting role in the first two attractions, didn’t play a leading role in either of them? Don’t worry, we’ll fix that.

This well-known Google employee confirmed that quality internal linking, breadcrumb navigation, and overall coherence of content on the website are very important for SEO.

The point is that the breadcrumb navigation should immediately show where the page is located in the imaginary pyramid structure – what its parent categories are, etc.

Mueller didn’t say it was a ranking factor, but he did say that strategic internal linking helps show Google and site visitors the most popular topics, making it easier for them to navigate.

Replacing dropdown tabs with regular content leads to improved rankings
Google announced in 2016 that content in tabs is crawled normally by its robots and fully indexed.

However, according to several tests , this was not the case, although Google defended itself by saying that these studies were flawed. However, a new test conducted by Dan Shure proves that the truth is – and has been – on the side of the researchers.

He was using click-through accordions on a page with highly competitive content, and after removing them and replacing them with content that was visible immediately without clicking, the visibility of the page improved dramatically.

This test was not evaluated positively by Google this time either.

I’m not convinced by these kinds of anecdotes, but  hong kong data YMMV. IMO it’s often also a better user-experience to make content visible by default. I like seeing SEOs test reasonable things, and I like seeing the results either way. I don’t think this needs a “you must do X” from Google.

Google usually ignores links from widgets and does not penalize them.
Although the Californian giant has stated in its “webmaster guidelines” since 2016 that it will mercilessly penalize links from widgets, in practice it simply ignores them as if they were nofollow links.
