Can random people really make changes to my Google Business Profile?

If all of your appeals in GBP have been rejected, there is nothing you can do to get your business listing back. You can’t even create a new Google Business Profile. Google doesn’t think this is appropriate.

What to do if your GBP listing is suspended?

Before you appeal, make sure your business listing meets all GBP policies and guidelines.

You may find some discrepancies. If you need to make changes to your business profile to comply with all guidelines, you must do so before submitting your appeal.

Prepare all the documents for your business to support your appeal. The most important documents include a business license, utility bill (water, heating, gas), utility bill (telephone, insurance, transport contract), and other documents that confirm that your business actually exists and is operating smoothly.
